Xdebug like a Pro
This full-day training class on May 24th will get you up to speed on the best ways to debug your PHP code. Using just var_dump might have been OK in 2005, but doesn’t cut it today with modern (and complex) codebases.
In this class, you will learn how to use Xdebug to find and fix tough bugs in development, as well as how to use included features to profile your code to find bottlenecks.
We will cover how to use Xdebug with popular IDEs like PHPStorm, handling remote connections, and some strategies for coping with debugging issues in production.
This full-day class will run on Friday May 24th, the day after the main conference ends from 9am until 4pm, with included lunch & breaks.
A separate ticket is required for this training, which may be purchased independently, or with a conference ticket.
